Do I need to be home for the session?

It is essential for you to be there as we prefer the process to be collaborative in nature which will ensure you receive your desired outcome.

How long will it take?

This will depend on your space and how quickly you can make decisions. Some services will require off site preparation and development. All of this will be outlined in your FREE, no obligation 30 minute in-home consultation.

​How do we manage product purchases?

We will facilitate the purchase of approved selections with vendors receiving payment directly from you. This will ensure you retain all warranties.

What do we do with unwanted items?

Items that are in good condition can be donated or you may wish to sell them on various websites. The removal of one car load of donations is included in our service.

Will you make me throw everything out?

The simple answer here is no.  We will work with you and support your decision as to which items you want to keep or discard.

What is your cancellation policy?

We know life gets busy and we only ask that you advise us at least 24 hours prior to your session to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice then your deposit payment is non-refundable and an additional deposit will be required to schedule another date.
